Customer Feedback

As part of Mellor Metals commitment to service we welcome customer feedback, good or bad, on your experience as a visitor to our Metal Recycling Facility. To demonstrate how much this feedback is appreciated by us we are prepared to reward your efforts.

Each Feedback form completed will carry a unique code which can be used and assigned once to a customer. On production of this code at our site you will be entitled to either

a). A £100pmt bonus above the prevailing list price for any single non-ferrous item being transacted to us at that point. You choose which item. (excludes Batteries, Electric Motors, Iron contaminated material which will be classed as ferrous for the purposes of this offer)  

b). A £10pmt bonus above the prevailing list price for any single ferrous item transacted to us at that point.You choose which item.

NB To claim a bonus for both a ferrous and non-ferrous goods must be transacted at the same time. One voucher per customer, not transferable. Proof of identity will be required if not already held on our system.
